Used for lamb, chicken, rice, beans & vegetable dishes including Arabic meat layered pilaf, Chicken & rice dishes, ‘Shish touk’ prepared on a grill. Can also be sprinkles on salads & roasted vegetable.
1.5 tablespoon seasoning/ 1.5--2kg lamb
Coriander, Allspice, Fennel, Black Pepper (28m), Cumin, Cinnamon, Anise, Ginger, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Turmeric.
