Inspect your order upon arrival and ensure that all items are in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Packaging
Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the exterior to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Refund
Ship the package to our New York flagship location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping costs.
