Coconut Flakes, Sweetened

Sweetened coconut flakes are larger, irregularly shaped strands of mature raw coconut meat. A thicker, more substantial texture than shredded coconut and dehydrated. Flakes are then treated with sugar, making them softer, moister, and sweeter than
 unsweetened coconut flakes. 
Served as a great snack or used as a garnish or topping for yogurt, salads, ice cream, baked goods, cereal, pancakes, and smoothies, oatmeal, granola, trail mixes.

Ingredients: Coconut, Sugar, Water, Propylene Glycol, Salt, Sodium Metabisulfite (to retain whiteness)
