Meatball Seasoning

Meatball are ground or minced meat, seasoned with meat ball seasoning along with bread crumbs, minced onion, eggs & butter, rolled into a small ball, cooked by frying, baking, steaming, or braising in sauce. Meatballs are best served with spaghetti and tomato sauce

Ingredients: Oregano, Parsley, Basil, Marjoram, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper.

Suggested Usage:

3-4tsp seasoning for 1 1/2lb ground meat along with ½ cup breadcrumb, ¼ cup parmesan cheese and 1 large egg
